Hey All! I know you all have been patiently awaiting my blog posts or whatever, BUT … I have a new adventure on the horizons. Head on over to aplaceforlettering.com.

It’s a brand new passion project that I am working on where I hand letter (that’s correct, HAND LETTER) a city every week. So far, the last three weeks have been so much fun and I am excited to share so many more cities with all of you! For now, please enjoy the current three and stay posts every week.

Photography Moodboard

Dahlhouse-media-moodboard

I can’t begin to tell you how excited I am to be working with the very talented Sherri Dahl of Dahlhouse Media. When Sherri came to me to brand her photography studio specializing in boudoir photos, I knew this would be such a fun project and I was more than happy to help her out! I wanted to keep the majority of the brand black and white with a few hot pink pops of color to make it feminine and a bit edgy. Stay tuned for more process work coming up soon!!

Inspiring Photography

I stubbled across photography from Antoine Rose a few months back on Pinterest and later on Fast Company and had fallen in love with the bright, vibrant colors he captures from above. Here are just a few of my favorite photos from his “Up in the Air” series capturing some fantastic beach time!

My absolute favorite photo is the very top one here capturing a beach in the Hamptons. These pictures make me so sad to think that summer is almost over! It’s September already!

You can learn more about him and see more of his work HERE!

Portfolio Launch

portfolio

I am ecstatic to share with you all my brand new portfolio site! This project has been a long, but exciting process and I couldn’t be happier with the results!

I had been really bad about keeping my portfolio up to date and eventually let it expire. When I decided to tackle the task of relaunching it, I had discovered that many of my original work had been lost! At first I was crazy stressed out and frustrated, but soon saw it as an opportunity to start fresh!

So please take a moment and venture through the site, tell me what you think!

Portfolio Update: W&R Photography

WR-header_blog WEB_print-mock-up1_blog WR-WEBSITE._blog

Yet another portfolio update for ya’ll! This project is a fictional project based off of a rejected logo I did for a client. I loved it and still really wanted to use it so I just came up with an entire project based from it. I wanted to keep this project really natural and outdoors-y. I decided to use the ampersands throughout the brand to keep things fairly feminine. Enjoy!
